Reservation
The clients can reserve any available property In the project by sending a deposit in the amount of £2.000. After receiving the deposit the property will be marked as reserved, no further viewings will be carried out with other potential buyers, and we will start the preparation of the necessary documents for completion of the sale. A sales contract should be signed up within 1 month after the payment received. Please contact your sales assistant for more information about the sale procedure and the payment methods.
