Chosen Valley Assisted Living Apartments opened in 2006 with 20 apartment units available to seniors. Apartments are located on upper and lower levels with an elevator for convenience. Chosen Valley Assisted Living includes four large one bedroom, twelve small one bedroom and four studio deluxe apartments. Each unit includes a handicap design. There are comfortable and spacious common areas, as well as an outdoor patio and deck. Apartments are rented on a monthly basis.
Building security is provided through a locked front door. An intercom system in each apartment allows communication with visitors and the front door may then be unlocked from within the apartment.
We want you to have the most comfortable stay as possible. Our assisted living apartments offer a choice of studio deluxe or one bedroom apartments. Each unit has individual climate controls, bathroom with walk-in shower and grab bars, walk-in closets, as well as a kitchen with sink, refrigerator & microwave oven. Apartment units are of handicap design, with an intercom system allowing communication with visitors from the secure main entrance door.
