Chosen Valley Care Center provides physical, occupational and speech therapy services on an inpatient and outpatient basis.

The goal of our therapy team is to return each patient to his or her highest level of functionality. Individual care planning is tailored to include goals and approaches that will assure appropriate functional skills can be identified, reinforced and learned. Our programs provide a strong interdisciplinary approach that meet the highest standards of quality in patient care.
